    First, thanks for your purchase!

    We do not save any credit card data – it’s all handled by Stripe (our credit card processor).

    Looking at transactions we only see a single charge associated with your email. So it is most likely a temporary hold of some sort and will clear out shortly.

    In the future, it’s best to handle such matters via our support email: support @ axlethemes.com

    Hi Vernon,

    First, thank you for purchasing the theme.

    To activate your theme go to your WordPress dashboard > appearance > themes.

    Find your theme and you will see and activate bottom. Just copy and paste your license key in the activation prompt.

    By the way, you don’t need to activate the theme to get all the premium features. they are available when when you install the theme.

    Activating the theme is needed for updates.

    Hi Monica,

    We have updated the theme to make compatible with Elementor and other page builders.

    You simply need to assign Front Page template for home page to show your old widgets.

    Please go to Pages, Edit Home page and assign it Front Page template like shown here:

    We will actually be updating all our themes to resolve exactly this UI thing, in near future.

    We will update the Pro themes first, within these week, and free themes soon after.

    We are updating all our 29 themes. So it takes us around 45 to 50 days to complete all the updates.
