mobile reading is difficult

Hello, I am using this theme on my website Regalfille. The theme is great but the only issue is on mobile the article contents become really smaller and there is too much space on both the left and right sides of the content leaving small space for post contents. Picture sizes are also very small on the mobile view. The sidebar that comes after the post contents covers more space on the mobile but the main contents of the posts leave too much space on outside having a small working area. Is there a way to remove the side space and making content more readable. I am already using font size 18px to make them more readable.
