Translate Search Button

Hi,

I’m trying to translate the Search Button with Loco Translator but i dont find the word Search or Search…
Only Search&hellip and things liks that. What can i do?

Language England to Portuguese.
Wordpress already in Portuguese language.

The files can be writen and have permission to do that.

And i’m trying to chance some strings but in the end the strings didnt save. When i restart they appear again with “” in the file. And the files are 755 !!!!!!

Search&hellip is used to display Search… so you can translate it.

Please contact your hosting company for file permission issue.

Thanks for the reply AT.

I have the files with 0777 and evan so they dont change. Is there any permission that i’m missing here?
Files was 0755 and i change to 0777 and still the same. What can i do more? Should i put the po files from Loco Translator in the plugin dir or in the theme dir? What option in here?
And what permission i should use? 755 777 766 … ?

Please talk with Loco Translator plugin support team once. They might provide you better solution.

I’ll talk to them as well.

I have this in the Loco plugin:

In sync with template: YES
PO file is writeable: YES
Directory is writeable: YES

The file as the strings translate(i have use notepad++ to check that) but dont show at all. Strange.

Hi AT,

I find the problem in here. There is 3 Portuguese Languages, PT, PT/BR and PT/AO and i’m using PT for wordpress and PT/AO for mistake on Loco Translator. Now it translate everything well 🙂
Only the button Search was not able to translate(would be good to do that also). The rest are all ok for now.

Hope there is the option to translate Search as well. Please check it carefully or post in forums to get help from those who have already used loco translator.
