Social Menu not displaying Social Media Icons

I have enabled the social media icons in the customizer but have notice it doesn’t display the icons. Just little squares. The menu has been properly set up. I also noticed this for the drop down menus. Can you please help?

Looks like there is some kind of conflict with Icons library. Our theme uses version 5 of Font Awesome but looks like some plugin in your site is using version 4.7 or similar.

There is still a conflict with the icon’s library. I installed another plugin that I need that puts the icons back into little squares. Can you fix?
