I canceled on the site https://axlethemes.com/ the license renewal for Best Commerce Pro – 1 year of Updates & Support before the renewal date. The license having expired I was no longer entitled to the offer and it no longer worked on the requested date (19/07/2020)

The renewal on your site has been canceled. However my PAYPAL account has been debited. As proof, on my axle theme account, it says “expired” status and the invoice has not been generated either. (19/07/2020)
