    Hello,
    I am not using a header image for my pages, just a color so it looks like a block but right now that block looks too thick. I would like to change the dimensions so it is about half the size. Could you please let me know how to do that?

    Thank you,

    I also want to remove the under-tile with the link to home/name-of-page from the same header

    Really sorry for the late reply. We just checked your site and looks like you have already resolved the issue. If you have any other issues then please let us know. From now on, we will respond support queries within one day in weekdays and within 2 days in weekend. Again, apologies for the late reply.

    Thank you for getting back to me. I haven’t resolved the issue, I just had a temporary fix while I heard back from you. Please take a look at: http://sparklesvt.com/pricing/

    I would like to be able to customize the height of the heather and also remove the “home/page title” under the main title of the page.

    So another week has passed, and I still don’t have an answer to a basic change. I’m definitely looking for another theme for the second website. Very disappointed.

    Hi Monica,

    To hide Home/Page Title, Please go to Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Breadcrumb Options and disable it.

    Regarding header image size, please go to Appearance -> Customize -> Header Image and upload image. You can select and crop the image as per your requirement.

    Thank you.

    No matter how I crop the image for the header it gets automatically formatted to 1260 x 70

    Hi Monica,

    Please go to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS and add following code

    #custom-header {
        padding: 150px 0;
    }

    Please change 150px to value you require. We have added header image as background and maintained space with padding to make it work on responsive devices.

    So you need to adjust space with padding if you like to increase or decrease it.

    We believe you can manage space/header size now.
