    I work in California and have to meet several ADA Compliance requirements by 2019. The theme violates MANY of said requirements. Are there any plans by the dev(s) to update the theme and make it compliant?

    I am afraid there is no such plan to make it ADA compliance. Sorry for the inconvenience.
