You need to upgrade to the premium theme to change Powered by WordPress | Best Commerce by Axle Themes. To change footer text, please go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Footer Options and change Copyright Text field.

You can change it at theme-hooks.php file of includes folder of the theme.
