Hi. I have my site configured in a grid tile format, with a big tile for the most recent most, and 12 smaller ones laid out in a grid.
For some reason, the smaller tiles will always jump around and break out of the grid format if the thumbnail images are larger than 400×400. Hence, I have to downscale all the thumbnails apart from the most recent article.
Is there anyway around this? All the images are already square.
Please regenerate thumbnails using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ I believe issue will be resolved after images are regenerated. Let us know about the progress. Thanks.
I did that. I then changed the featured images to their original sizes and it seemed to work. No jumping around. But then one of the tiles at the bottom has jumped.
Is there any way I can send an image?
Hi. Sorry for the delay. The problem solved itself but has recently re-emerged. All the images are perfect squares and I frequently regenerate thumbnails.

I’ve recently posted a new article and the homepage on google chrome is now looking fine.
however, I just checked on Microsoft Edge and the images are ALL OVER THE PLACE. Can you please help.
We have checked your site on the Microsoft Edge but could not see any issue. It might be cache issue. Please clear the cache and check once. If you still see same issue provide us screenshot.
Hi.
I’m still having issues with this. Some images work fine but sometimes when I change the main image the tiles on my page start jumping around.
I clear my cache, regenerate all my thumbnails, make sure all images are similar sizes and I still have this problem. How do I attach a screenshot to this message to show you?
