Slide, top menu, HP widgets

Hi,

Thanks for this fab theme. I recently switched to this on a live website so I did not use the demo content; however, the slider is not working (even after attaching featured images to the pages). Also, can I use posts instead of pages in the slider? Currently it is not showing the option for that.

2. The top menu with social links does not show

3. Any widgets I’m adding to the home page also don’t appear.

Slider and home page widget will be visible after you assign Front Page template to the home page of your site.

Please assign Front Page template to your homepage like this http://nimb.ws/wx7tsI

After that go to Settings -> Reading and assign front page like this http://nimb.ws/K3iGYl

For social links, you need to create menu and assign it to Social Menu like this http://nimb.ws/PRxgY9
