Secondary sidebar

I see in the widgets panel there are options to customize the secondary sidebar. However, I cannot find any way to utilize the secondary sidebar within a page. The preset options for layout only include the primary sidebar. What am I missing? I paid for and downloaded the pro version of Blorigan, but didn’t find it there either. In fact, right now I’m not even using the pro version because everything else I needed was included in the regular version. Kind of frustrated that I paid for nothing. Can you help? Thanks in advance.

Theme also supports 3 column layout with main content and primary and secondary sidebars. You can find it under Layouts Options in the Customizer. If you want to change layout of certain page only then, you will find Layout Options in the metabox when editing the page in admin panel.
