Main Menu Home Rename

Hello, i am using Best commerce Pro version in Greek and i want to rename Home with the Greek word but this is not possible. I have made a new Primary Menu and put all my commerce categories only!! The Home page appears in the menu and i can’t delete it or rename it!
Any help?

Also how can i change the alignment of the header logo in the center and the Tagline at the left?

I found out how it is on extras.php file.

I have another question. I want to move the logo on the Center of the header and title with description on the left how is this possibly?
