After reading the following information in your terms:

Each one of our individual themes comes with one year of valid subscription. This implies you can download the upgrades till 1 year of procurement date. Be that as it may, following one year, you should reestablish your membership manually, so as to keep downloading updates.

I’d like to know if the licence renewal means that we will need to pay again the price of the theme or if it’s just a manually action with no additional cost.

You need to pay again if you wish to get auto updates and premium support. If you want to continue without getting updates, no need to pay for it. Your site will not be affected.
