Hey so yet again with one question.
In GTMetrix https://gtmetrix.com/reports/medicalfa.gr/1oPgg4U6 when I check it gives me a scaled images error for several images saying that “https://medicalfa.gr/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/PER124-peripaththras-rollator-kdesign-400×500.jpg is resized in HTML or CSS from 400×500 to 186×232. Serving a scaled image could save 17.7KiB (78% reduction).” is that a theme issue that I need to add in functions.php some lines in order to add this in the Regenerate thumbs or is it a plugin issue?

Looks like this is coming from the Products widget in the sidebar which has small thumbnail. Can you please try removing that widget and test again?
