You can find cart counter code at theme-hooks.php inside includes folder of the theme.

I have added a wishlist counter near the cart counter by replacing the original YITH wishlist counter, by changing code on theme-hooks.php file, i have add a shortcode to change it.

And i also need to delete a line may be on the line number 78 or 79, when i trying to save the changes it shows an error on the line may be 78 or 79, so i delete this line: <?php endif; ?>
After deleting it, I can save the changes.

If Wishlist works well, editing is fine. But note that your changes will be lost when you update theme to the new version.
