Best Picture Size (width) of Uploaded Pictures for widgets?

Hello!
I was wondering what is the best picture size (width) for pictures in the Business Club Pro theme default setting?
Is it like wordpress default 1024 px width? Or eg better 1740 px width?

I want to use best possible pics size for the
– front page widget area / single picture widget
– front page widget area / gallery (3 and 5 pics)
