Automated emails not being sent

hello my emails are not being sent via the automated system there not making it out of my server. emails like

we have your received your order or even customer creation emails are not being sent to the customers when they are created.

we have updated the theme, have an active license, according to the woocommerce status report we are green on everything.

whats the problem could someone assist?
