I just bought the Education Mind Pro and installed all the recommended plugins, yet my slider is not working. Can anyone please be of help? I am using wordpress customizer

Since I installed Jetpack I am not able to get the customizer link on my site to work. All the other links for editing are working, pages, bogs, media etc. I tired reinstalling WordPress that did not work.
