I have several problems:
1. when I tried to add my original license key to the order it didn’t work – so it created a second license key when I purchased the unlimited updates
2. I only added the unlimited updates to the cart (I had emailed support but did not get a reply regarding the license update)
3. Now the new license key says it expires today, Aug 22nd
4. If I add the license key without also purchasing the unlimited license (even when applying the second #), the cart says full price of $48.
5. I applied the new license to our multisite and then clicked update. I got this message:
Update Failed: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.
How can I straighten all this out?
